PRESENTATION DURATION

Each presenter presents their work in a series of short lectures.

Each presenter is given 15 minutes to make their presentation and is allowed 5 minutes for questions and discussion.

PRESENTATION SUBMISSION

There is no specific format for oral presentations. You can prepare your presentation slides in a format that suits your needs. We accept the following file formats: pdf, ppt, pptx, etc...

Presentation files must be send no later than 2 days prior to the conference start date. Presentation files can be submitted through the following emails, please. (ice2023_cmr@esn.ac.lk or iceeusl2023@gmail.com).

An projector and laptop will be available in the conference room for use by presenters. Presenters will be able to use only the MS Windows-based PC provided by the conference management. If you are a Mac user please ensure your presentation runs in Windows. Presenters will not be able to use personal laptops to make presentations.

You are advised to upload your presentation file to the system rather than from a USB Flash drive. As many delegates insert their USB devices into the laptop computer provided for the presentation, it is difficult to avoid cyber/computer viruses that may transfer to your USB device and corrupt your files.

In case you want to bring your presentation file(s) with you on a USB memory stick, please be sure that the file(s) are copied correctly onto the memory stick. A presentation file stored on a USB flash drive must be uploaded to the conference computer before the start of your session.

We cannot change the presentation day/session on the final program. Depending on the availability, session chairs will assist in accommodating changes to the conference program to allow you to present your paper at your requested time slot/day during the conference.

Presentation: 10 min

You are kindly requested to prepare your power point presentation compatible with latest

version of Microsoft Power Point 2010 or 2016 in (.pptx) format.

Presentation mode: Face to Face

Recorded presentations will be played during the session if unable to participate (should

send the recorded presentation before 1 week)

Presenter should present online for answering questions

Presenter should be present online at least 15 min before the scheduled time of their

presentation

Zoom link will be appearing in the website prior to the event

Please send the link to all authors of your paper

Certificates will be given to all authors of the paper of best presentation in each thematic

tracks
